Use our Size Calculator — it takes your measurements and recommends the right fit for both bra and bottoms. You'll find it linked on every product page and in the main navigation.
For bras, size up. IBF pieces are designed with a close fit in mind, and a slightly larger size will be more comfortable and wear better over time. Still unsure? Submit a size request on the product page and our fit team will advise you directly.
Not currently as a standard offering, but we do take size requests. If your size isn't listed, use the "Don't see your size? Request it." form on the product page. We'll be in touch.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Within Lagos, delivery typically takes same-day to 2 working days. Other Nigerian states take approximately 6–15 working days depending on your region. International orders vary by destination — see below.
Not at this time. We are currently shipping within Nigeria only. International shipping is coming soon — if you are based outside Nigeria and would like to be notified when we launch in your country, email us at orders@intimatesbyfaustino.com
All IBF orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no external branding that indicates the contents of your package. Your items are carefully wrapped inside to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers, through our secure payment provider. All transactions are processed in Naira.
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. Your card details are never stored on our end.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — exchanges only.
Contact us at orders@intimatesbyfaustino.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right.
Hand wash in cool water using a gentle detergent. Do not wring. Lay flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron. Treat them with the same intention you bought them with.
IBF pieces are constructed from premium embroidered mesh and lace with power mesh lining where applicable. Full material details are listed on each product page under the Materials tab.
Restocks are not guaranteed. If a size sells out, click the "Notify me when available" button on the product page and we will email you the moment it comes back.
