At Intimates by Faustino, every order is prepared with care before it leaves our hands. This policy outlines how we process and ship your orders so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping — Nigeria
Lagos
We offer same-day and next-day delivery options within Lagos through our logistics partners. Delivery windows and rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
- Lagos Island : same-day to 2 working days
- Lagos Mainland : same-day to 2 working days
Other Nigerian States
We ship nationwide across all 36 states through trusted carriers including Sendbox, Fez Delivery, DHL Nigeria, and Topship. Delivery timelines vary by destination.
- Southwest : approximately 6–12 working days
- South-South / South-East : approximately 6–12 working days
- North Central / North West / North East: approximately 9–15 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, carrier selection, and order weight.
International Shipping
We are currently shipping within Nigeria only. We are working to bring INTIMATES by Faustino to international customers soon. If you are based outside Nigeria and would like to be notified when we launch shipping to your country, please contact us at orders@intimatesbyfaustino.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to your personalised tracking page. You can monitor your delivery status in real time at any point after dispatch.

Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control — including carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing for international shipments, or public holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy matters. All IBF orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Your items are carefully wrapped inside to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
